JULY 2008 ASTROLOGICAL PREDICTIONS
 
This month marks my first anniversary of writing this column!  I hope you enjoy your monthly updates as much as I enjoy plotting the planets for each sign.
Happy 4th of July!!

CANCER
Happy birthday to the most nurturing, sensitive sign of the zodiac! 
This year sees major change around partnerships!!  Right now until years end, it is make or break.  Past issues could be coming to a major climax. 
2009 can usher in new contenders.  You will be attracting very intense people.  Their powerful presence may move you deeply.  Be aware of those who come on too strong and stay away from anyone who poses violence.  If you have problems with a stalker, now is the time to address them!  Otherwise, look forward to some really passionate encounters.  Luck continues to be with you in the relationship sector but until early September the focus is on the past rather than the future.  Law, travel, education, and spirituality, play an important role in close encounters!  The 24th-28th bodes well for communication.
There is a push/pull dynamic between sexuality and morals at this time.  You’ll be rethinking your values.
Finances are another major area of interest.  Your personal budget vs earned income should be a major area of concern with special attention paid towards spending.  Joint endeavors are more favorable but partners need to watch their spending also.  Shared expenses could arise around plumbing, nautical, chemical, or spiritual concerns.  Wise investing in these areas could pay off.  However, be very careful signing contracts or documents until November 1st.
In regards to  spirituality, you may have become enlightened over the past several years.  Perhaps you’re contemplating a new area of faith or an interest in metaphysics?   Let your intuition guide you and follow your gut instinct.  You could also be feeling more philanthropic towards humanitarian causes in foreign countries.
Be spontaneous when it comes to travel. 
Legal affairs remain unpredictable and surprises are in store for a long time to come.  The focus is on previous or unresolved issues until December.
Communication, especially with in-laws, relatives, neighbors, or on-line acquaintances, can be delayed or postponed.  Things are moving slowly in this sector.  The same is true for transportation concerns.  If purchasing a new vehicle, buy a Saturn!  Tried and true, erring on the side of caution, thinking before you speak, and planning for long term rewards is favored until 2010.  This month things pick up but could get challenging the 6th-13th.  You’ll get a boost the 24th-28th.  Drive extra cautiously now and don’t put your foot in your mouth!  Watch the drama!!! The best time to get your point across is the 10th-26th.
Reoccurring health crisis’ needs extreme attention now until mid September.  Areas of concern can be the groin area, the reproductive system, or the hips, thighs, and/or liver.
X-rays may be needed to determine the root cause of symptoms.  Don’t neglect yourself.
Basically you shine with vitality until the 22nd.  After the 12th, your finances get a boost!
Rise and shine this year Cancer!  Make peace with the past in 2008 so 2009 starts fresh!

ARIES
This month focuses on family, home, and real estate endeavors. 
Don’t let past insecurities interfere with romance after the 12th.  Karmic encounters will continue to test your personal growth.
Health flare ups are possible, especially the 6th-13th.  Exercise is good but don’t over do it!
Fated friendships are reminiscent of the past and group ties center around spirituality.  Your enlightenment continues to unfold.
You may also want to join a swim club this summer or take up scuba diving or snorkeling.
Success still centers on career although you’ll be finishing up past projects now.  The 24th-28th are your lucky days!

TAURUS
Communication, transportation/local travel, and family reunions are highlighted this month!
Home is where the heart is after the 12th although deep, personal issues still need to be addressed. 
Fate favors your career so go back and meditate on your goals and desires.  Be prepared to make necessary changes, especially where alliances are concerned, in order to manifest your wishes!
You’ll be rethinking your spirituality.
Long distance travel plans, legal proceedings, and educational pursuits, may need revising.  Issues around joint finances can come to a head ~ watch out! Arguments are possible the 6th-13th with lovers and children.
Expect major fireworks this month in regards to romance and passion! A long distance encounter could light your fire the 24th-28th! 

GEMINI
Energy is devoted to finances most of the month.  The 10th-26th is the best time for fine details. You’ll have extra until the 12th but watch your spending. 
After the 12th you may encounter a fated romance on line or in your neighborhood. (sometimes fate equals karma)!
Much passion surrounds home and family.  The 6th-13th could be challenging.  Turn  hidden anger into productive energy.
Partnerships may be reaching their breaking point.  Old issues need to be addressed, especially where joint finances are concerned.  The 24th-28th looks promising!
Destiny favors long-distance getaways on the beach, legal, spiritual, publishing, & education endeavors, but fantasy could over ride reality.  Learn from past mistakes.
Career affairs need going over too and will remain unpredictable.  Be flexible and expect   the unexpected!

LEO
Fate has you in one hand and your partnerships in the other.  Learn from the past and don’t retreat into fantasy.  Your imagination is working overtime this month!
Romance can be quite passionate again but old issues still need to be addressed.
Luck is with you in work and health yet there is more finishing up to do.  While things can be challenging financially the 5th-8th, a bonus may be in store the 24th-28th!  Joint finances remain shaky.  Perhaps your significant other isn’t stable in their current job right now.  Look to the past before making decisions in the future!
You’ll prefer to be behind the scenes until the 12th when the spotlight shifts and shines directly on you!

VIRGO
Your energy is high this month!  Be inspired !  Start a new exercise regimen or bolster your sex appeal!  Don’t get in your own way the 6th-13th.
There’s a strong emphasis on friendships and group endeavors.  Your popularity knows no bounds.  You may start to feel more introspective after the 12th.  There’s a lot going on in your subconscious.
Romance and relationships still have ties to the past.  Partners remain spontaneous and unpredictable.  Learn to hold on with an open hand and enjoy the ride the 24th-28th.
Children and pets may need retraining in some areas.  Summer school is a definate possibility.

Your focus is on your career this month  although your work environment is somewhat unstable.  You are very much in the spotlight until the 12th when the energy shifts towards friends and social invitations.  Let go of past associations that no longer suit you.

Your home and family are your comfort zone even though things aren’t as ideal as you pretend.  There could be plumbing or water issues with real estate.

You’re finishing up a major period of transformation.  There’s no harm in self improvement!
Financial benefits come from finishing up previous endeavors.  Your career heats up but there could be some frustration the 6th-13th.  Look for a bonus the 24th-28th.
Your partners finances are highly favorable.  Focus on  shared endeavors this month!
