ARIES

The sign Aries represents the self and this year is very much about self-improvement and retrospection. You could be making big changes with your appearance and/or your health. Renewing that gym membership wouldn’t hurt. Neither would reviewing your eating habits. Your may have less than your usual amount of stamina, so yoga or martial arts might be preferred to vigorous work outs.
